E269 -- De integratione aequationum differentialium

(On the integration of differential equations)

Summary:

Euler integrates the equation Mdx + Ndy = 0 using the method of integrated factors; he treats the Riccati Equation as a special case.

According to C. G. J. Jacobi, a treatise with this title was read to the Berlin Academy on June 12, 1755, and another (or the same one?) on October 21, 1756.

According to the records, it was presented to the St. Petersburg Academy on January 13, 1757.
