E642 -- De singulari ratione differentiandi et intagrandi, quae in summis serierum occurrit
(On a singular rule for differentiating and integrating, which occurs in the sums of series)
According to Eneström, this is about "the differentiation and integration of infinite series." However Euler only looks at finite series and integrates and differentiates them under the summation sign.
