E594 -- Methodus inveniendi formulas integrales, quae certis casibus datam inter se teneant rationem, ubi sumul methodus traditur fractiones continuas summandi
(A method for finding integral formulas, for which in certain cases a given rule holds between them, where at once a method is related for summing continued fractions)
According to Eneström, "Special functional equations will be solved using certain integrals.
As an application, the worth of certain continued
fractions will be ascertained."
According to the records, it was presented to the St.
Petersburg Academy on September 18, 1775.
