E148 -- Demonstration sur le nombre des points, ou deux lignes des ordres quelconques peuvent se couper

(A proof concerning the number on points in which two lines of arbitrary orders may intersect)

This paper is a continuation of E147. Euler concludes that there are at most mn points of intersection, with some of the points of intersection possibly imaginary.

According to C. G. J. Jacobi, a treatise with this title was presented to the Berlin Academy on January 18, 1748.
